JUST CREAT A GPRS SETTING ON UR MOBILE FIRST AS:-
Connection name: mtnl gprs
apn: mimobitv
User name: mtnl
Proxy server:171.16.31.10
Port:9401

Rest field leave it as it is in ur mobile default. Now download any ucweb handler version from Site,its available in d Site. Now in handler v put backquery as:
http://59.162.166.215:8080/OTA/DownloadMTNL3GTV
Now initialize with the connection u ve made i.e.,mtnl gprs. It may take time n u ve to try twice or thrice. once initialized enjoy free gprs.with this setting.
